These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BidMax Chrome extension, Android app, iOS app, and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BidMax LLC ("BidMax," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

BidMax is a tool designed to help resellers estimate resale values and maximum bids for auction lots on BidRL.com. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in an automated manner beyond normal use
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service in any way that violates BidRL's own terms of service

2. Accounts

You may use certain features without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at MatthewJrenda@gmail.com.

3. Free Tier and Subscriptions

BidMax offers a free tier with a limited number of daily analyses and a Pro subscription for unlimited use. Subscription fees are billed through the applicable platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe). All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. BidMax does not guarantee the accuracy of resale value estimates, profit projections, or any analysis provided. All estimates are based on publicly available data and AI-generated analysis — they are informational only and not financial advice.

You bid at your own risk. BidMax is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of relying on the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidMax LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including BidRL, Google, Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat, Anthropic, Supabase, and Railway. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and features of the Service are the property of BidMax LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
